 Jaco Inn Surf Club is more than a surf hostel. It’s a unique place where travelers from all around the world are invited to experience the wonders of Costa Rica. We host learning vacations and adventure camps for travelers who are looking to get a little bit more out of their vacation. From surf camps and yoga retreats to martial arts workshops, there is something at our Jaco hostel for every traveler!

    • The Main House was built 20 years ago in traditional Costa Rican architectural style. Featuring high ceilings and large open spaces, this beautiful house has a full kitchen, dining area, and living room. Lounge on our comfy couch for a Netflix movie night or enjoy a family-style dinner with your new hostel friends at our large dining table. Check out our book exchange for some reading time or break out the board games for some evening fun.

    Jaco Inn Surf Hostel is a family legacy, originally built as a family home for the owners of this spectacular property. A private oasis in the center of town, here you will find peace, quiet, and an abundance of the tropical nature that is so unique to Costa Rica. Behind our gates, life moves a little slower. 


    Our team is passionate about living and we are excited to share our culture and ways of life with you.     Jaco inn was clean, and the way it's set up, I was able to avoid the Jaco crowds. Everyone on staff was very friendly and helpful. The highlight is the classes offered. Sergio the Muy Thai instructor is legit and has such a passion for the art. I was very surprised how good of an instructor he was and wished I could have stayed longer to take more classes with him.
